Dear colleagues, partners, Board members past and present, funders and friends,

After much reflection, I have made the decision to step down from my role as CEO at Parent Network Scotland.

It has been a privilege to be part of this organisation for over 30 years, and to work alongside so many committed colleagues, Board members, partners and funders in supporting families across Scotland. I am incredibly proud of what we have built together and the difference this work has made to thousands of parents and children.

Throughout my time with PNS, I have had the opportunity to witness the strength, resilience and potential of families, and to work with people who share a genuine commitment to improving outcomes for others. That is something I will always value.

As I step into the next chapter, I do so with gratitude for the relationships, experiences and learning that have shaped my journey here. I am now looking forward to a different pace of life, spending more time with my grandchildren and enjoying long walks with my dog.

I have every confidence that the organisation will continue to grow and develop, and I wish you all the very best for the future.

Thank you for the support, collaboration and shared purpose over the year,  it has meant a great deal.
